Independent Content Services Limited (ICS) was established by owners Ian Holding and Cheryl Westerman in 2002.

The company employs a close-knit team of talented staff members and freelance reporters along with a large number of specialist contributors and is a leading provider of content, publishing, marketing and affiliate services.

The diverse nature of our business means we can react to changing technologies and be alive to new media revenue streams, with much of what we do underpinned by a strong content base.
